Flat-Fee Family Law Services

We offer flat-fee pricing for many uncontested family law matters. Prenuptial Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements, and Separation Agreements are available for a flat fee of $1,800.00 plus GST.

Independent Legal Advice (ILA) is available for a flat fee of $700.00 plus GST.

Uncontested divorces package may also be suitable for flat-fee pricing depending on the circumstances of the matter. Because every divorce law case is unique, all divorce files are subject to an initial review and assessment before a fee quote is provided.

If your matter is contested, involves ongoing court proceedings, urgent applications, allegations of family violence, relocation issues, or other complex circumstances, please contact EverForth Law at (368) 889-3919 or info@everforthlaw.ca to discuss your situation and obtain a personalized fee estimate.

*GST is not included in the fees listed above. Clients are also responsible for applicable disbursements and third-party expenses incurred in connection with their matter. Depending on the circumstances, these costs may include court filing fees, process serving fees, courier and postage charges, government fees, record retrieval costs, notarization fees, printing expenses, and fees charged by third-party service providers. Any significant additional costs will be discussed with the client in advance whenever practicable.
